StruxureWare Technical Training Now Available!
Americas Technical Training Services is excited to announce that StruxureWare Sales and Engineering courses are now posted and available for registration.
These courses are being offered to prepare experienced salespersons and engineers with the knowledge and tools to ensure the successful implementation of projects using StruxureWare 1.0.
Who Should Attend?
The currently available courses are designed for salespersons and engineers with experience in Andover Continuum or TAC Vista systems.
Salespersons and engineers experienced with I/A systems are welcome to attend, however there will be minimal instruction on StruxureWare solutions involving I/A product and engineering processes. These solutions will be incorporated in future classes coming soon.
These courses are only open to Schneider Electric business units, including branches, partners, Strategic Accounts, etc.
These courses are not intended for customer attendance. Customer training will be available in the future.
Get StruxureWare Certified!
In order for a business unit to be able to sell and implement a StruxureWare project, it is mandatory that at least one salesperson attain StruxureWare Sales Certification and one engineer attain StruxureWare Engineering BACnet or LON Certification.
StruxureWare product will not be available for purchase via iPortal until the business unit has one StruxureWare certified salesperson and one StruxureWare certified engineer.
Product Support Services will only provide support to individuals that are StruxureWare Certified.
Certification is attained by attending and successfully completing all of the required courses designated for the desired certification and achieving a 70% or higher on the Certification Test.

QuickStart classes are intended for those engineers with Andover Continuum/b3 experience or TAC Vista/Xenta experience. Those who enroll in a QuickStart course must pass a pre-test (no fee) in order to attend.
There is a fee for taking the certification tests and retakes are only allowed with manager and TTS approval.
Training and certification for new engineers that do not have BACnet or LON experience is planned to be available in
